I understand that an account should not show on my credit report if I have not authorized it. Please have this inquiry removed from my credit immediately as it is making it difficult for me to acquire credit. I have reached out to the company via email for verification of a signed contract agreement with them, which they have not provided. They also have repeatedly called me regarding this alleged debt. According to the fair credit reporting act, section 609, ( a ) ( 1 ) they are required by federal law to verify through physical verification of the original signed contract.
