Hello, I submitted an inquiry for activity that was not authorized. I tried to resolve this with the Affirm and submitted the form on the website on XX/XX/XXXX. I followed up after 7 days ( when they were supposed to respond ) on XX/XX/XXXX and again on XX/XX/XXXX. I tried to call in and was not able to obtain help as none of the call center reps spoke clearly enough for me to understand anything at all. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a refund of XXXX but this was not the full amount. The issue resides with the system at XXXX and I have tried to resolve this many times with the owner and XXXX and affirm to no avail. The owner had intentionally held the property so that no others could book it, even though I had cancelled on time. They stated that they have policy where if they have someone else try to book it and they are holding it then they will keep the loss- which is not fair if they have the ability to do this at their own will. Moreover, this is not a credit agreement or terms that I would ever agree to, there was no consideration or exchange of benefit between myself and this owner or XXXX in anyway. XXXX had advised that they received no benefit out of this. I have not received anything in the mail or email, and this is still pending and is going to charge me should a payment not be made to this fraudulent charge.
