That includes reporting a debt as charged-off when you settled it or paid misstating the balance due Mixed Files Debt Dispute Violations correct or delete any inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information within 30 days ( or 45 days in some cases ) NO MORE TIME THEN THAT TIME FRAME notify every involved that you dispute the debt Privacy Violations CRAs can not release your credit report to just anybody.
