XX/XX/XXXX -- - ; Just ended a call with an Experian representative to follow up on the copy of a XXXX letter received dated XXXX XX/XX/XXXX to inform the Public Record bankruptcy item reporting in my XXXX consumer file had been removed. I informed the Experian representative on today 's call that my call is to learn if Experian too has removed this Public Record item from my Experian credit report because XXXX is their data furnisher. The Experian representative verified my SSN and then proceeded to search for the XXXX letter I uploaded vial the internet to Experian and did receive a message that the document was successfully uploaded. The Experian representative stated he did not see the document uploaded and stated he could not locate it. -- - I received ( 3 ) letters from data furnisher XXXX stating as of the date of these letters, XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX has removed the disputed information from my file. -- -- I disputed my Public Record Bankruptcy item reporting with all ( 3 ) credit bureaus, XXXX ( XXXX XX/XX/XXXX ), XXXX ( XXXX XX/XX/XXXX ), and Experian ( on XX/XX/XXXX ) ;. ; Experian has several times forwarded dispute results ( for this same item ) stating the item remains and dispute results are verified as accurate. Experian 's dispute results stated verified as accurate are false statements as the court or any court does not report to or provide information to Experian. Experian should remove the Public Record bankruptcy and associated bankruptcy accounts immediately. -- - " I also disputed again the US Dept of Education Student Loan for incorrect balance and account status. XXXX confirmed to me in a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX ( see attachments ) that ALL of my student loans have been forgiven as of XX/XX/XXXX and should now reflect a XXXX balance, status of account stating XXXX and XXXX.
