The previous debt collector company did not respond to me my request for the original agreement, last payment date, and notes of the last communication to XXXX staff of my departure before they release the phone code to the new company. I also disputed the amount through XXXX XXXX when it appeared on the XXXX side. After a few months, they removed it. Now there is a second debt collector, Source Receivable Management ( Ref # XXXX ). I have responded to them through the mail that this is also a fraudulent amount from XXXX because XXXX business practice is to pay the balance in full before they can release the phone number in question. Im requesting your help with this. How many times do I have to go through this process when I dont owe this debt?
