Navy Federal has been continuously debiting excessive fees from my account. Before making a large deposit I spoke to XXXX different departments to set up payment arrangements for any fees that were charged to an account that was closed by them for being overdrawn from the fees I was charged. I ask that someone review my bank account for XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. Navy Federal has taken more than XXXX dollars in the past XXXX months from all my accounts without a valid explanation. They recently settled a class action lawsuit for charging customers excessive fees and it's clear they are still performing such unethical acts still. Please review all the calls that were placed to customer service. I feel so helpless as a consumer. Navy Federal is taking advantage of veterans and their families.
