Consumer Narrative

XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX filed a collection. I had filed police report and froze my social security number. Also filed filed with Federal Trade Commission and it was removed couple of years ago but XXXX put it back on my report. This is fraud as someone used my social security number. I had to unfreeze it because I lost my home in hurricane Ida and I had recently retired. This account is not mine and someone stole my information.
