I the consumer, After discovering an obscene number of errors on my consumer report contacted Transunion to dispute these errors and to validate all accounts from all furnishers with documentation. I sent in my evidence for how these accounts and their reports from the furnishers were all inaccurate due to fradulent contracts. After the reinvestigation the agency sent me the results with nothing on the report changed. The reports/claims from the furnishers did not include any documentation to validate the furnishers claims and if so they were not received at my request from Transunion. After my attempts I went over my credit report once again to discover over 50+ errors on my credit report, some I had not found prior to the dispute. I wrote an affidavit of truth and notice of intent to sue since Transunion has clearly revealed they can not report correctly and accurately on my credit reports, continue to add transactions and interactions with the furnishers, and all full account numbers for these reports as well as the dates opened are not correct. Their reports are unfairly doing me harm as a consumer and are defaming my character. In the notice of intent to sue I referenced all violations they are committing against me and what is to be done to cure the situation. I have been met with no communication since sending the notice of intent to sue via registered mail to the agency and I am getting ready to move forward in US district court if no resolution is offered to me including the deletion of the accounts with these inaccuracies and compensation for the emotional and financial damages I have suffered from their 30+ violations.
