XXXX XXXX XXXX went to a XXXXXXXX XXXX bank branch to open a business credit card. With the assisance of the XXXX XXXX personel. When he prepared documents, he advised representative not to list business address and only list residential address for all bills and correspondence. The incorrect address was listed for all bills and correspondence as to the XXXX XXXX card. This was the bank branch 's error and the branch has already admitted this was an error on their part. Since, the billing and mailing address were not correct my client did not receive the bills and or any correspondence, the account became past due and was closed. When my client realized the error, and the account was past due, he immediately paid the bill in full. Due to the address error, the bill was paid late and reported late payments to the credit bureaus, thus affecting my client 's personal credit. The credit card was also immediately closed due to lack of payments. XXXX XXXX XXXX returned to the XXXXXXXX XXXX branch. The XXXX assistant manger admitted the error on their part and advised they would submit a form to correct the late credit reporting and reopen credit card account. As of today, no action has been realized. ,
