I have not approved these medical reports. These " medical seevices '' were definitely a result of some misusing my information and requesting something I didn't approve. I was at a doctor office who practiced illegal actives and went to prison so I'm assuming it was there it happened. I also have medicaid which covers everything I have done with no copay so this debt furthermore makes no sense. I habe disputed the charge with XXXX and got nowhere. It it the debt with central tax and XXXX agency. I would appreciate any help getting this resolved. Thanks!
