On XX/XX/2022 I made a {$2900.00} online balance transfer. I was charged the {$2900.00} onto my credit card. The other credit card never received the {$2900.00}. I contacted the company with whom I made the online balance transfer and found out that the funds went to a company that I dont have a credit card with. I made numerous attempts to call the company to let them know about this issue to resolve it and get my money refunded. On XX/XX/2022 I was able to reach the company with whom I started the online balance transfer and explain the situation. At that time I informed that they will be contacting me within 90 days to set up a conference call with both the company that I made the balance transfer and with the other company which received my funds. In XX/XX/2022 I called about the progress of a resolution. I was told that I was the one that had to contact the other company and set up a conference call to resolve the misapplied funds. I called the other company numerous times and could not even get any information because I dont have any accounts with them.
