Since last XX/XX/XXXX I am trying to denounce the bank Venmo that they have frozen my account which I have with XXXX dollars and I can not use it thanks to them that they have not wanted to unfreeze it and my payments have gone bad thanks to them and I have generated debts Over time due to delays and non-availability of money and I have tried several times to send emails to which they always answer the same thing and they do not solve my problem. The phone calls are not answered, I really feel very affected and cheated by that bank XXXX I just want to get my money back and never use or suggest that bank to anyone again so they don't lose their money or the same thing happens to me
