I DO NOT RECOGNIZE THIS INQUIRY AND WOULD LIKE FOR IT TO BE REMOVED. I HAVE ALREADY TRIED TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM WITH THE COMPANY. THE INQUIRY WAS UNAUTHORIZED AND I NEED IT TO BE REMOVED FROM MY CREDIT REPORT IMMEDIATELY.
