I have been double charged in XX/XX/XXXX and in XX/XX/XXXX for past purchases from early XXXX, I have also incurred late charges, interest and decreased credit score. I have tried to rectify this matter with both Commenity Bank and XXXX XXXX and neither has been will to take the time to look into these charges. I have used the card but have never carried a balance forward. All of this started in XXXX when a credit wasn't applied properly. Please help me!
