I recently filed a complaint in XXXX of XXXX against Ad Astra Recovery Services, about a collection they were improperly reporting in regards to a debt collected from XXXX XXXX. The complaint number is XXXX. They said they would have the account deleted from credit score and it would take 30 days to have the collection deleted. The report is showing that it is still open on all XXXX major credit agencies. And it has caused me unnecessary pain and suffering. Ive had to pay higher premiums and prices for basic necessities just for me and my child to live a basic life. The debt was only {$100.00} but they keep reporting it as {$240.00}. Also if Im reading the report correctly, they just recently reported this account as still being active in the beginning of XXXX of XXXX. I will also be reporting this complaint to the FDCPA.
