i opened Bank OZK account located in XXXX, TX under promotion of XXXX $ ( XXXX $ for checking and XXXX $ for savings ). The banker opened a wrong type of amount by mistake although i told her that i need bank ozk interest+ checking account which was eligible for XXXX $ total bonus. but she opened another account by mistake which was only eligible for XXXX $ total bonus. She immediately rectified the account to desired one which was interest+ checking account. She also mentioned not to worry because correct bonus amount will be credited total of XXXX XXXX Later i was just given total XXXX $ bonus instead of XXXX $ XXXX have already spoke this issue with the correct bank location for XXXX weeks now. Bank mentioned that they are looking but can not be promised of the missing bonus. But i still haven't received the rest of XXXX XXXX by this complaint, i am expecting the rest of bonus amount of XXXX XXXX
