I purchased a piece of furniture in XX/XX/2022 and financed it through a company named Koalafi. This company was paid in full for the merchandise and are still trying to say that I owe. I have contacted the company on several occasions in late 2022 and have spoken to a supervisor and nothing was resolved. This has impacted my credit score negatively and I am very upset and I unpleased with this merchant. They are continuously trying to take money out of my bank account after I told them they are not allowed to.
