We booked a hotel room using our Capitol One Venture card Rewards points. When we checked out of the hotel, the hotel company charged us for the full amount of the room. We disputed the charge with Capitol One, however they refuse to refund the charge. I have been denied a refund several times so I asked Capitol One to restore my points back to my account if they werent going to refund the charge for the hotel, they have not done this either. I feel I am being taken advantage of as a credit consumer and feel it is my right to receive either a refund for being double charged, or my rewards points returned to my account.
