I have collections on my consumer report that are against the law. As determined by Congress, the credit reporting agencies are all violating the accuracy and fairness of credit reporting of my information. By not adhering to their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect to my privacy, 15 U.S. Code 1681 ( a ) ( 4 ). Due the willful and knowingly violation of the law, my rights as been violated getting credit under 12 CFR Part 1002 of the Equal Opportunity Act ( Regulation B ) that protects me from discrimination in getting open and closed end credit, this has done harm to me and my Family. 15 U.S. Code 1681 c ( a ) ( 4 ) explicitly said no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report contained Accounts placed for collection.
