XXXX XXXX XXXX representatives have not communicated the proper information, contradicted there company statements and have caused actual damages to my person because of such actions. In efforts to resolve this situation, XXXX continues to verify illegitimate information after speaking with representatives via phone. XXXX is reporting a closed account with a remaining balance even after paying the amount due in full. Not only have I paid my account in full my security deposit was never put towards the balance even after there website and agreement states that it will. There website states " After you finish your XXXX XXXX Account, ( which I have ) you will receive a payout of your remaining balance, minus the funds used to secure the deposit on your XXXX XXXX Credit Card and any outstanding fees or interest. '' The security deposit of {$100.00} should ensure that I have no remaining balance. Instead my account is being reported closed with a balance of {$110.00} even after paying an additional {$110.00} making a total of {$200.00} they have received from me. There website states " Any remaining funds not used to secure your deposit will be returned to you once you finish your XXXX XXXX Account. '' Meaning my security deposit was never put towards my remaining balance. Self representatives have done a horrible job in relaying the companies policy and resolving the issue which in turn has affected me drastically.
