Moved in XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX thru XX/XX/XXXX apartment manager XXXX XXXX was taking unauthorized charges for rent, rent that was calculated according to my affordability, by XXXX XXXX XXXX when there is a change to my income rent is suppose to change as well., month of XX/XX/XXXX my income changed to less rent should of been less also by law, apt manager never changed my rent to lower i brought this to her attention i recieved letter from HA that my income is less my rent will be less, apt manager recieved the letter she never changed it to lower she kept taking the same amount of rent I stated to her that she was suppose to change the rent amount to lower my bank statements show the same rent taking out she did not want to change she was suppose to by Law! she ended up taking more than she legally was suppose to, I moved XX/XX/XXXX she didn't do a vacate inspection i requested one she said take pitcures and send them to her. I did. upon move out apt manager stated to me acording to her ledger I don't owe anything, I gave apt manager my forwarding address to send my security depost. XX/XX/XXXX I received a collection for a debt that was totally false from collection agency National collection agency I requested a valid list of the debt they sent me 3 different ones with the same words but different amounts. I believe she is retaliating against me for calling Code Enforcement for the infestation of cochroaches, collection agency sent me a bogus debt amount on XX/XX/XXXX for {$920.00} for damages i believe its her wear and tear she want me to pay for she kept my {$700.00} deposit {$1400.00} overcharges unauthorized rent. she owes me.
