Major Issue Reporting my information to Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency XXXX XXXX XXXX The Credit bureaus stated that my accounts were reported as accurate, modified, removed. Based off my Credit report from XXXX XXXX XXXX this proves to be untrue. Clause of Article III of the Constitution : I have suffered injurious psychological damage that has come from financial hardship due to lost of employment rooting from Inaccurate reporting. Flagging my Security Clearance/ background check leading me to be terminated from multiple positions. There are multiple Open dates, last date reported, the date last active, and the date last reported negligently inaccurate harming me as the consumer. I have already done multiple disputes, this time Im seeking Monetary relief for these mistakes costing me my job and reputation. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions My next plan of action if All negative items arent deleted ( a ) IN GENERAL. Any person who, while a minor, was a victim of a violation of section 1589, 1590, 1591, 2241 ( c ), 2242, 2243, 2251, 2251A, 2252, 2252A, 2260, 2421, 2422, or 2423 of this title and who suffers personal injury as a result of such violation, regardless of whether the injury occurred while such person was a minor, may sue in any appropriate United States District Court and shall recover the actual damages such person sustains or liquidated damages in the amount of {$150000.00}, and the cost of the action, including reasonable attorneys fees and other litigation costs reasonably incurred. The court may also award punitive damages and such other preliminary and equitable relief as the court determines to be appropriate.
