For over two years I had a renters insurance policy with XXXX XXXX. After a flood my very expensive smart phone was damaged & ruined. I filed a simple claim between $ XXXX as contractually entitled. THEY REFUSED TO PAY THE CLAIM! I IMMEDIATELY CANCELLED MY POLICY AND BEGAN THE PURCHASE OF MY HOME SO I DID NOT NEED RENTERS INSURANCE ON TWO COUNTS. THEY ARE RELENTLESS IN THEIR SPOOFING & COLLECTION ATTEMPTS FOR {$170.00}. I DON'T OWE THEM ANYTHING, FROM MY PERSPECTIVE, THEY SHOULD REFUND MY PREMIUMS FOR TWO YEARS & SEND ME AN APOLOGY TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT!
