While looking over my consumer report I noticed late payment reporting. According to the law, I am a consumer, and it is against the law for late payments to be shared on my consumer report. 15USC 1681 ( 2 ) ( i ) states exclusion a credit report does not include report containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report ; 15USC 1666b also states that if a open ended consumer credit plan provides a time within which an obligor may repay any portion of the credit extended without incurring an additional finance charge such additional finance charge or penalties may not be imposed. XXXX also states that a reflection on or with a periodic statement of a extension of a credit is not made to the consumer or to the who has actual implied or apparent authority to use the consumers credit card or open ended credit plan. 15 USC 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. 15 USC 1666B : A creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for purpose. I am requesting and putting you on notice to please REMOVE ALL LATE PAYMENTS off my credit report this request is not made by anyone but myself or I will seek legal action against you I have already let you know of XXXX violations and know a lot more I can add and will be requesting {$1000.00} per violation if this matter isnt handled.
