I had someone try and transfer me {$1500.00} on XX/XX/XXXX and they didnt realize they didnt have enough money for the deposit, it deposited into my account then was pulled back out on XX/XX/XXXX. I reached out to Wells Fargo the same day and asked about it they told me it was a faulty check and to try again, then I get a voicemail later that day stating my account will be closed on XX/XX/XXXX due to that incident. I called them back the same day and was told my account will no longer be closed. On XX/XX/XXXX I was supposed to receive my direct deposits from my job and they were never deposited, I once again called customer service to ask about it and I was told my account will be closed and that there is nothing I can do to remain a customer with Wells Fargo and that my deposits will be coming in check from in the mail and they never came, Wells Fargo never sent the checks they said were coming. The account was never closed I had went and opened a account at a different bank because I was told I can no longer bank with Wells Fargo, My Wells Fargo Debit card was being charged and still is and forcing my account to go negative, I can not deposit anything into that account to cover it, I was set behind on all my bills due to the fact that I want able to access my direct deposits and today XX/XX/XXXX Wells Fargo still trys to pull money out of the account a month after they had told me it was going to be closed.
