Hello, To whom this may concern I have sent letters out on the XX/XX/2023 to remove all incorrect information on my credit, I provided ARS with a letter demanding the original contractor or letter of agreeance stating that I signed a consent form for their collection agency to take over to my contract, I even provided proof of identification ensuring that it is I requesting these hard inquiries be removed immediately from their reports and my credit report. In each letter I stated that I would like to receive my proof of reassurance by mail addressed to the address printed on the letters and I also gave them 30 days to do so and by law since they have not been in contacted with me within those 30 days assuring that they are entitled to remove all incorrect information and hard inquiries from my credit report immediately.
