Dear Trade Station, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and confusion regarding the recent closure of one of my accounts with your company. I have been a long-standing and dedicated customer of Trade Station , with multiple accounts. I have been actively trading with these accounts for several years now and have always maintained a good standing with your company. It was extremely disheartening to receive notice some of my accounts has been closed without any prior notice or explanation. This sudden closure has caused immense inconvenience and has had a significant impact on my trading activities. Moreover, the fact that Trade Station recently approved and opened two additional retirement accounts for me, as well as being in the process of opening another business account, makes this closure even more bewildering. I do suspect the only reason for this closure is because a member of your team is not able to understand how I can live in one area own a business and work in a completely different location thus having 3 different addresses. Additionally I felt they didn't want to have me submit the email version of paperwork after I filled it out suggested I redo everything and submit an online version. I would appreciate if you could provide a clear explanation for the closure of my account. Furthermore, I would like to request that you reconsider your decision and keep my accounts open as there is absolutely no reason behind this closure. I have always been a responsible and reliable customer, and I am confident that I will continue to be so in the future. It is imperative that I resolve this matter promptly, as my trading activities have been severely impacted by the closure of my account because I was in the process of transferring funds from another retirement account. I would be more than happy to discuss this matter further with a member of your management team. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this issue.
