i got a cedit card from capital one master card someone uesd my account to get some food i called and told them that someone ordered food so they sent me another card i did not get the card they sent another card they uped my credit limit from XXXX to XXXX i used the card once tryed to use it again and they had closed my account they put me in the credit bureau closed account owning XXXX they closed the account XX/XX/XXXX i was making all of my payments on time i had been paying capital one for XXXX XXXX on a closed account i stop paying them in XX/XX/XXXX i pay my bills on time i cant even get a credit card this has made my life bad i cant get any credit because of this i have call and called they cant tell me what happen at first they said i had a return payment i have bank records that i payed on time if it was fraud why would i have to pay i dont know whats going on i need my credit fixed and my money back for paying them for XXXX XXXX on a closed account and its still on my credit report as closed account they are sending letters that they are going to send me to collections its already on my credit as being closed they are trying to really do me bad the first how a second time
