I request Physical Verification of this debt that was report to my credit by XXXX, Experian and XXXX. I got the same respond back they investigate is and a physical and the court report this true and accurate. I send the same letter to the bankruptcy and there finding was they never report that information to my credit report at all. I have attached the letter from Bankruptcy Court. The information that XXXX, Experian and XXXX say had been verifiable was not even report by the court. Credit reporting agencies are obliged to correct or delete inaccurate, incomplete or unverifiable information. Reporting agencies must not disseminate outdated negative information. Violation ( s ) : Reporting agencies give inaccurate financial information about you. Agencies fail to follow guidelines for handling disputes. Reporting agencies providing information to unauthorized persons or businesses. Please remove this from my credit report because is a clear violation of fair credit reporting act.
