I have tried to dispute an inaccurate account with TransUnion several times. The account is US Department of Education XXXX. The account is reporting inaccurate opening date, date last reported, date of last activity, and payment history. Because this information does not match XXXX that means it has not been verified. I have tried to contact the company myself to verify the account. Please delete this account. Please block this account from reappearing as it is inaccurate and unverifiable. Please send me a copy of the updated credit report reflecting the deletion. I have attached a copy of my driver 's license and social security card for identity verification purposes. if you are able to contact someone to verify this account please send me the date you spoke with them, their full name, their e-mail address, the direct telephone number, their mailing address, and their fax number so that I may contact them as well. Please do not send me a generic response stating that the account has been updated or verified. Thanks for your assistance in this matter! P.S. This account is also a duplicate. The account has been transferred and is already reporting correctly on my credit report.
