We refinanced our Wells Fargo mortgage with XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX was shut down by the FBI due to fraudulent practices, 5 days after we sent them out first payment! XXXX XXXX never paid the balance on the existing mortgage! Somehow, we began getting billed for both full loans! We then called Wells Fargo to try and reconcile the original loan! They told us, pay whatever you can and speak with loan mitigation! We sent {$10000.00} to Wells Fargo! They refused to work with us! They began calling the house 16 or more times a day! Telling us our account was delinquent! Which we were well aware of! We eventually got rid of our land line, because they kept calling relentlessly! Even though they were aware of the situation! They tried to foreclose on us numerous times over a period 10 years! We spoke to XXXX lawyers! No one knew how to help us! So we began looking for help elsewhere! Eventually, our XXXX Lawyer was able to help us! He put a restraining order against Wells Fargo, so they were not able to foreclose on us! As they were still trying to foreclose! We spend almost {$40000.00} out of pocket to our Lawyer to fix the problem! Because Wells Fargo refused to work with us! We lost hair and sleep for almost 10 years! Waiting for the sheriff to come evict us! Our Lawyer resolved the issue 2 years ago! Our credit was ruined for the entire time! And has just begun to recover! We did nothing wrong! We were victims of Mortgage Fraud! We also received numerous letters from the Justice Dept detailing the prosecution of the people responsible at XXXX XXXX!
