This complaint is to report the inaccurate credit reporting by Comenity Capital Bank. The COMENITYCAPXXXX XXXX should be immediately deleted from my credit report due to incorrect information. This account says that it was purchased by another lender so why is it reporting as a charge off account? This is a violation of the FCRA. Also, the company that purchased the account is already reporting on my credit report and I have a payment plan set up so why is this account still being reported as a charge off? There are so many violations that I can take legal action. At this time, I am only asking for the deletion of the account. According to the law, I can take this to small claims court due to the many violations and inaccuracies. If so, I will be seeking compensation for {$1000.00} per violation. I am requesting for the deletion of this account for inaccurate reporting. I will attach the letter that was sent to the credit bureaus and my credit report showing the inaccurate information.
