In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act XXXX account # XXXX has violated my rights 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A states I have the rights to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 604 A section 2. It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions. On XX/XX/2022 a XXXX XXXX Credit Card account was opened under my name without my knowledge or consent and a {$500.00} dollar credit card was used and left a {$740.00} dollar balance. I reached out to the credit bureaus for verification of accuracy and they said they did and I found improper inaccuracies on my credit report even after the credit bureaus thorough research.
