Dating back to XX/XX/XXXX is when this matter was first disputed. Now being XX/XX/XXXX matter still not resolved. XXXX, Experian and XXXX are all reporting a XXXX on my consumer credit report. They have all put in the data furnisher as being the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX which is FALSE. I have attached a letter from the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX verifying and stating that they do not furnish information over to the credit bureaus or any credit monitoring service nor do they verify, validate any information concerning bankruptcies or any court proceedings. XXXX, Experian and XXXX are falsely stating this information on my consumer credit report and have yet to remove this item after several disputes.
