XXXX and Transunion All XXXX XXXX, 2023. Multiple times i have frozen my accounts and even signed up for extra protection under XXXX. Multiple times a hacker has been able to unfreeze both of these accts and change my email to an outlook email. Over and over again, after i have changed my password and even userid. This truly feels like it is somebody from their own institution. They won't research the email that is given. Which would tell them immediatley who it is they are dealing with. I had 11 inquires in early XXXX and all were trying to open personal loans. I even got a atm card in the mail saying i opened an online bank acct with a XXXX balance... I asked for extra security to be put on my acct and asked for supervisor help XXXX2023, they let me sit on the phone for 1.25 hours and then sent me to a survrey of how well they did, without ever getting me to a supervisor. This was XXXX. Transunion just keeps letting them in and changing my email and un freezing also. If this stuff cant be fixed, we are all in big trouble. Please help, XXXX
