Back in XX/XX/2021, I filed for XXXX and reaffirmed my auto loan. I have never been late on this loan, even prior to the XXXX. After the XXXX the bank stopped properly reporting my monthly payments and balance. On my credit report it keeps looking like the loan isn't getting paid down. I have reported this to the bank, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) multiple times, they will update the account, but let it get behind in updating again. I keep having to file disputes with credit bureaus and with the bank every 3-6 months to get it properly reported. They should properly report the payments being made and the loan balance as when they don't my score is affected. It is their duty to report this information and keep the account updated. I have done this over times since XX/XX/2021.
