Update personal Information Dear TransUnion, I am contacting you again in regards to my credit profile and unfortunately I am still seeing that information on my report is still being listed although one inquires was deleted from my credit report from my last dispute on XXXX XXXX, 2023 it still shows invalid inquiries and a XXXX XXXX account ( XXXX ) that should have been deleted due to inaccurate personal information that was attached to the account. The name attached is XXXX XXXX XXXX. The correct spelling of my name is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. This is in violation of 15 U.S. Code 1681i - Procedure in case of disputed accuracy and also is a serious breach of my consumer rights, and U.S.C 1681b ( a ) ( 2 ). Reason why the account is inaccurate is due to the listings of. Personal information ( Names, address, Employments, and Telephone numbers ) Opening account dates Closing account dates Last reporting dates Above are the listings of inaccurate items attached to the account XXXX XXXX account : ( XXXX ). This company fraudulently started my account while falsely using my identity and furnished my consumer report under no permissible purpose, which is in violation of 15 U.S. Code 1681b - Permissible purposes of consumer reports. Recently after filing a dispute for this matter. TransUnion followed up with a verification message stating that I paid a settlement. The purpose of doing so was to terminate the debt so that the debt would be relieved. Although this was a fraudulent account I figured paying it off will make it go away instead. Paying it under the agreement that it would be terminated off my report the debt collector lied and listed it as a charge off although this was never an account that I gave my permission to start with. With this letter I am also sending enclosed documents with my state and federal personal information, these documents are proof that my name was used incorrectly for the XXXX XXXX Account : ( XXXX ).
