This Credit Reporting Agency ( CRA ) keeps furnishing inaccurate and incorrect information despite multiple disputes. They keep telling me that information has been " verified '' however the loan servicer has CLOSED and no longer has anyone working for them who can " verify '' anything. My new loan servicer states they do not see any late payments and that I need to contact the original loan servicer ( XXXX ) but XXXX is CLOSED so I can not request any copies of letters or request debt validation. I have multiple accounts ( tradelines ) posting to my credit report for XXXX XXXX XXXX and EACH account is showing 90 days past due for XX/XX/2019 and 120 days past due for XX/XX/2019. Specifically : XXXX XXXX tradeline with balance of {$15000.00}. Comments " dispute resolved. '' This dispute was never resolved. Shows 90 days past due in XX/XX/2019 and 120 days past due in XX/XX/2019. On the 90 day late line-item the CRA reports XXXX invalid date. '' XXXX XXXX tradeline with balance of {$57000.00}.
