False/inaccurate information due to identity theft is being reported on my credit report. The name attached to my file number is not mine. The addresses attached to my file not mine. The phone numbers attached to my file are not mine. They are knowingly and willing breaking The Fair Credit Reporting Act in multiple violations pursuant to 15 U.S.C. 1681-1681. I want all accounts listed below deleted with XXXX hours of this complaint being received. All items listed are fraudulent and inaccurate. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act this information has violated my rights. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions. This is in clear violation of my rights. In pursuant to 18 USC 8, I owe no debt. This company is violating my consumer right to privacy pursuant to 15 USC 1681b 2. This company also has NO permission to report ANYTHING using my information pursuant to 15USC1681 XXXX Credit report found unverifiable, invalidated, inaccurate, and questionable items that your agency did not make sure it was reporting 100 % correct. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, everything has to be 100 % accurate on my credit report and Under 15 U.S. Code 1681e ( b ) and 15 U.S. Code 1681i ( 5 ) these accounts are in violation of not reporting 100 % accurate. This is still on going after years of fighting. I believe my only option left is to take legal action if these items are not removed. XXXX is knowingly reporting false/inaccurate information due to identity theft on my credit report. The name attached to my file number is not mine. The addresses attached to my file not mine.
