It has come to my attention that although I have written several letters asking for validation of debt, audit trails i am not getting any response because of the automated system you have in place which in fact is a violation as well.. I am demanding these accounts to be removed immediately off my credit report as it is in violation to the following federal constitutional laws 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( e ) 15 USC 1691 15 USC 1601 15 USC 1692 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( 2 ) ( 3 ) ( 4 ) ( b ), 15 USC 1681b ( a ) ( c ) ( 2 ), 15 USC 1681q, 15 USC 1681n ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), 15 USC 6821 ( a ) ( 1 ) I am afraid these XXXX credit reporting agencies have not been exercising the grave responsibilities that were given to them with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers privacy.
