In XX/XX/2022 my daughter got a letter stating her lease payment wasn't made. Once she learned of this she immediately paid it. She ended up paying two months at once which is provided here too and the amount was {$920.00}. This is not my account and I disputed it with the credit agencies but they won't help. XXXX doesn't send any communication to me so I had no idea. She had issues with her bank account and they put it on her credit and mine. In the attachments I provided, you can see that she got the automated message saying thank you for your payment but never got any correspondence after that so she didn't know their was an issue. I don't think it's right to ding two people for one mistake. I've never made a late payment and this should not be reflected on my credit. I'm asking for help in removing this.
