On XX/XX/2022 I noticed my credit rating had gone down over XXXX points. In looking at XXXX, there was a {$3500.00} " collection '' added to my report. This is NOT MINE. I have no idea what this debt is. We pay our bills every month and up until then had excellent credit. It says the original creditor is XXXX, a company I have NEVER even heard of let alone done business with. I disputed this with XXXX and within a few hours they said they " verified '' the debt with CONSUMER ADJUSTMENT CO and they closed my dispute. THIS DEBT IS NOT MINE. I've never had any outstanding debt. I've never worked with these companies. I am being targeted and neither this scam company or XXXX will do anything about it.
