XXXX sold my second mortgage to Ally Loan Administration and I have been making payments and they are not applying them to my mortgage and keep charging fees and added interest. I have written and called them several times and they refuse to give me paper statements, credit my account with the payments and switch off electronic documents. They will not allow me access to my account electronically either to try to download the documents.
