Consumer Narrative
I noticed on XX/XX/XXXX when I pulled my credit report there had been a medical bill in collections for almost three years. I called the collections agency to request what I had been billed for. All they could provide me with was a bill for {$730.00}. They couldnt provide any more details or told me I would have to get a lawyer so they could get into the file if I wanted more information. They couldnt give me a breakdown of the debt I owe or proof that they mailed me collections bill ( which I have never received in three years its been on my credit ).
