In XXXX Wells Fargo XXXX XXXX into becoming default on my mortgage, and then refused to help me, and stole my home. When I first asked for assistance and proved why I needed it, they told me I would not qualify for a loan modification until I was in active foreclosure. They suggested that I become default on my loan, and then they could help me. I did what they said, and then they told me they wouldnt help me and I didnt qualify. At that point they informed me that I needed to pay all my back payments along with late fees. Obviously I could not do that since I was begging for a loan modification in the first place. These conversations were recorded, and when I asked them to please go back and listen, they told me they wouldnt unless I had the exact date and time of call. Wells Fargo set me up to steal my house, and at the time I complained, but they continued to lie and the complaint was closed. Apparently they were recently sued for these very practices that I am speaking of. I would like to see if my situation can be added to the lawsuit as it is very clear now that they were setting people up to fail, and I was one of them. I lost my house and had to file for bankruptcy because if it. Thank you for this consideration.
