On XX/XX/XXXX I received two push notifications alerting that two {$86.00} dollar withdrawals had taken place followed by a text asking me to confirm if I was attempting to make another withdrawal for XXXX. I responded No and immediately contacted chime to let them know I still had my debit card in my possession and I did not make or authorize the two transactions that had just gone through. Two days later they tell me no errors occurred and I will not be getting my money back. The final amount settled for {$160.00} plus {$5.00} in atm fees. There is no consumer protection against theft and fraud with this company.
