As of XX/XX/2023 XXXX, Equifax, and XXXX have not complied to my investigation and unauthorized inquiries to my credit report. I have provided proof of certified mail receipts and there past the 30 day response time. I request all unauthorized inquires removed off of my credit report. This is a fraudulent matter that they are refusing to remove. Attached is the proof of identity that was also sent to each of the credit bureaus when the original request was mailed.
