Vystar Credit Union in the month of XX/XX/2022 while converting their online systems, failed to proactively send credit card statements to any clients who were set up for edelivery and the ability to speak to anyone to arrange payment required a hold time of over an hour with no ability to be called back. I was hospitalized and unable to reach anyone during the time I was able. When the system did come back online there was no access or viewability of our credit cards. When I finally spoke to someone I said they needed to reverse the charges and adjust my entire credit reporting and my available credit lines. It took 3 phone calls to get access to my credit-card restored but in the meantime I was having my credit lines decreased left and right because they reported my delinquency despite HAVING NO WAY TO PAY THE BILL EXCEPT FOR GOING INTO THE BRANCH! They refused to reage the account and correct their reporting and this caused me to financially and mentally spiral as I needed the funds for necessary house repairs. My credit score prior to this event was XXXX. I am now down into the 600 's and now jobless. None of the creditors will make arrangements either due to the negative credit history I have now been saddled with.
