In reviewing my credit report, I noticed that I had a collection from a company called AD Astra Recovery. I attempted to reach them by telephone in XXXX of XXXX. On XX/XX/2022 I sent them a fax, as I was provided the number by the operator and told to send in a request for information as they would not release it over the phone. You can see by the attached Fax Log that the fax was sent at XXXX on XX/XX/2022 with the two pages attached. I attempted to verify the debt. Since that time, AD Astra Recovery has not provided any information nor responded to the fax. I believe that this is a violation of law and this item must be removed from my credit report immediatley.
