XXXX XXXX stated no credit freeze and personal statements were in place stating to contact the CONSUMER day or night with his direct phone number available before proceeding with any credit transactions due to a XXXX breach of the CONSUMERS NON PUBLIC PERSONAL INFORMATION and being a victim of ID THEFT.
